Chocolate Chip Muffins: A Soft & Sweet Treat

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a great week. Today I am back with another gluten free recipe for you.

There’s nothing better than a warm, homemade muffin fresh out of the oven, especially when it’s loaded with melty chocolate chips. If you’re gluten-free, you know the struggle of finding a muffin that isn’t dry, crumbly, or just plain disappointing. But don’t worry, I’ve got a delicious solution for you!

Today, I’m sharing a delicious Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffin recipe from Nourished by Nic. These muffins are soft, fluffy, and full of rich chocolate flavor. Plus, they’re easy to make with simple ingredients you probably already have in your gluten-free pantry!

These muffins are perfect for breakfast, a midday snack, or even dessert. Pair them with a cup of coffee or tea, and you’ve got a cozy treat to enjoy any time of the day.

Some tips for the Best Gluten-Free Muffins:

  • Use a high-quality gluten-free flour blend: I recommend one with xanthan gum for better texture. I use King Arthurs Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour

  • Don’t over mix the batter: This keeps the muffins light and fluffy.

  • Let the batter rest: Giving it 10–15 minutes before baking helps hydrate the flour for a better texture.

  • Check for doneness: Gluten-free muffins can take slightly longer to bake. Insert a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, they’re ready!

If you’re looking for a go-to gluten-free muffin recipe, this one is a must-try. You can find the full recipe over at Nourished by Nic.

Let me know in the comments, what’s your favorite gluten-free muffin flavor?
