Hi everyone! I hope you had a great week. Do you have a snack that is just so good and easy that it has become apart of your daily routine? I am here today to share mine with you. I make this Greek Yogurt Dip with Homemade Granola multiple times a week if not, everyday. It’s creamy, crunchy, sweet, and packed with wholesome ingredients. Best of all, it’s gluten-free and takes just minutes to put together!
There’s something about the combination of Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon that makes every bite feel like a cozy hug. The homemade granola adds a perfect crunch. I love to pair the dip with crisp apple slices.
This snack is great for anyone because it can be easily adjusted to your own linking, but here is how I make mine:
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- I use Fage's lactose free plain Greek yogurt but you can use whatever kind you like.
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- I use Ceylon
- ¼ cup homemade granola
- I use gluten-free oats, nuts, and a touch of honey
- 1 apple sliced for dipping
- I use Cosmic Crisp
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey, cinnamon, and granola.
- Slice up a fresh apple and dip away!
This is the kind of snack that satisfies my sweet tooth while still making me feel good. It’s sweet, full of texture, and totally customizable. Whether you enjoy it a mid-afternoon snack or an after dinner treat, I promise it will become a staple in your gluten-free kitchen too!
Make sure to come back next week where I will be showing how I make my granola.
